These Terms govern your use of Rentrabit's website (rentrabit.com) and our workspace advisory services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
"Rentrabit" / "we" / "us" refers to Rentrabit Workspaces Pvt. Ltd. "You" / "user" refers to anyone using our website or services. "Property partner" refers to operators of workspaces listed on our platform.
Rentrabit is an advisory and listing platform. We connect users with verified workspace operators. The final contract is between you and the property partner. We facilitate but are not a party to the lease/license agreement.
We make best efforts to keep listings accurate, but pricing, availability, and amenities can change without notice. Final terms are confirmed during the property tour and contract signing.
Our advisory service is free for users. We earn commission from property partners only upon successful booking. There are no hidden charges to you.
All content on rentrabit.com (text, images, design, logos) is owned by Rentrabit or licensed for use. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Rentrabit's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of our services is limited to ₹10,000 or the amount of commission we received from the relevant transaction, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify Rentrabit against claims arising from your misuse of the service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any rights of third parties.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
